[Kolab-devel] [issue1365] Packet updates remove user added buttons in kmmainwin toolbar

Reported in updates from  
Proko2 2.1.1 to 2.1.2, 
that user added buttons in the kmmainwin toolbar get removed. 
 
I could not reproduce this with the update from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3. 
 
Till: Any idea how this could happen?
