I guess it could be called an admin tool. 
Feel free to reverse the commits in CVS, I discussed it briefly with Steffen 
on IRC yesterday and as it doesn't affect anyone's current work the "ok" was
given.

Of course my stuff can be ignored for the tests or even flagged as 
experimental. I just didn't want to miss the Kolab2 boat.

I think these scripts can give real benefits to CLI admin of the server as well
as alleviate support problems with distros like Mandrake (One might add a
info script to /kolab/libexec/kolab which spits out important info about the
location of the imapd datastore, etc... which could help with support on the
lists).
