This is a dependency of php-spomky-labs-otphp v4 package. However, in
kolab-plugins we're using already v10, which does not require
php-christianriesen-base32. So, we need to refresh these dependencies. I
don't know about Debian, but on RHEL we use composer to manage
dependencies, and all these packages aren't needed anymore (as
everything is in /usr/share/roundcubemail/vendor folder).
