Nine years later - Could anyone clarify how to completely remove domain, 
including users physical mailboxes from the system?

Because of some cyrus configuration idiosyncrasy like delayed delete 
messages are not deleted even when running

/usr/lib/cyrus-imapd/cyr_expire -X 0.1 -v

manually it does not remove anything:

Expunging deleted messages in mailboxes older than 0.10 days
Expired 0 and expunged 0 out of 2308 messages from 36 mailboxes


IMAP client and Kolab UI show no mailboxes and no messages.

Is there any cyrus tool that can show above mentioned 2308 pending 
messages?
