I don't know. At the moment we've got insufficient information to make
a new suggestion.
Is the old domain mentioned when you do a kolab lm? If not, than I don't
think it has anything to do with the mailbox being associated with the
old domain.
What does kolab lam (list-mailbox-acls) tell you?
