You should be able to run it as user cyrus:

# sudo -u cyrus ....

As for the syntax to use for the mail box. If you have a mailbox in your 
system, run

# kolab lm

to see the proper syntax of a mailbox. It also depends on your use of 
multiple domains whether you have to add a domain. But you can see that 
in the *kolab lm* output as well.
