[Kolab-devel] Erlang security update breaks guam on Debian 10

A fix is under way: https://obs.kolabsys.com/request/show/3183
I'm not proud of bundling an old version of the Erlang Run-Time System with
Guam - but it's the quickest fix I was able to come up with, so it'll have to
do for now.
