Kolab 2FA by default?

Heyo,

I've just been installing Kolab 2FA as at
https://git.kolab.org/diffusion/RPK/browse/master/plugins/kolab_2fa/ and
was just wondering if there was a particular reason why 2FA is not
installed by default along with the setup-kolab command?

I would imagine that anybody wanting their own custom implementation
would be installing using components as at
https://docs.kolab.org/installation-guide/overview.html#components

Kolab is a brilliant system, so it just seems odd to me that it isn't
built to be secure by design with regard to 2FA despite the plugin being
for all intents pre-configured already. If anybody has guidance as to
why this is the case it'd be most appreciated, otherwise I might ask one
of my sysadmins to look into this further for the project.
