Multi domain setup not working (Ubuntu 18.04)

Ubuntu uses journalctl by default, so I see it in there. I added debug:1 
in imapd.conf.

Mind you, this is no alias domain, because alias domains of my main 
domain work perfectly as they should.

This is a complete separate domain (and you need to change quite a lot 
of things to make it work. I followed this process:
