iRony update bug - is there a manual solution?

I have the 

/usr/share/iRony/vendor from install of iRony-0.4.6-2.1.el7.kolab_16.noarch conflicts with 
file from package iRony-0.4.5-3.4.el7.kolab_16.noarch 

update bug on centos 7 as described in https://git.kolab.org/T6817[1]

is there a workaround to move forward?
