Kolab Support für post Ubuntu 18.04 or other recent OS?

Hi Henning,

to support newer distros, the PyKolab scripts need to be ported from Python 2 
to Python 3. This is currently a work in progress.

Once the port is done (and I have a chunk of free time on my hands), packages 
will begin to pop up for recent Debian-ish distros.
