Is this project still active at all?

I ask because I just hit a pretty serious iRony bug that has broken DAV 
for all my users.  I filed a bug on their maniphest site and there are 
open, untriaged bugs from last year that have not been touched.  In fact 
it doesn't look like they are using that site any longer.  I have been 
really happy using kolab for many years and would like to continue doing 
so, but the lack of activity on their public bug site and the lack of 
movement on ubuntu 20.04 support worry me.
