That's exactly the same problem I fixed yesterday. Please test my branch at:

http://obs.kolabsys.com/repositories/home:/hede:/branches:/Kolab:/16/

You can install the packages manually (the repo will get deleted as soon as it's upstream), 

with red hat based distros via "rpm -i" and the following packages:
erlang-eimap-0.4.0-10.1.el7.kolab_16.x86_64.rpm
guam-0.9.5-4.2.el7.kolab_16.x86_64.rpm

with Debian based use "dpkg -i" to install at least 3 packages:
erlang-eimap_0.4.0-1.2_amd64.deb
guam-libs_0.9.5-3_amd64.deb
guam_0.9.5-3_amd64.deb

And please report back here.
