HOWTO: DKIM Signing with Kolab 16 on Debian 9

Hi Jan,

I just did a test with a fresh installation of thunderbird 68.0 on 
windows 10.
Everything is left as suggested and default (except making it my default 
mailprog).

"mydomain" is the sending Kolab 16 server on Debian 9, and "otherdomain" 
  is the receiver, a Virtualmin 6.07 server on CentOS 7.6:

The result looks good for me, DKIM_VALID, dkim=pass:

Let me know if I shall check or change any settings of thunderbird for 
more tests.
