Kolab Community Edition 16

Hi,

I've installed the Kolab Community Edition 16 on my CentOS 7 and I'm 
trying to configure the Roundcube Webmail.

I've two problems/questions:

 1. On my identities I want to configure automatically my email to my
    full email address (Example: firstname at domain.com ->
    firstname.lastname at domain.com) How can I do that?
 2. On my calendar I want to setup the freebusy option, How can I do that?
