Missing Calendar and Contacts entries

Sure there's a command line utitity

root at mx01:/usr/share/roundcubemail# plugins/libkolab/bin/modcache.sh 
clear -a
37 records deleted from 'kolab_folders'

You can even do this for domains or single users. Or do this only for 
specific cache types.
