Can't login neither to Roundcube not to WebAdmin

Hello,

	I have a Kolab installation on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS that is working fine. Today 
suddenly for no clear reason stopped being able to login to Roundcube. The same 
happened to webadmin. The message on /var/log/roundcube/errors was


04-Feb-2019 15:56:02,817086 +0200]: <bcsu5pfp> IMAP Error: Login failed for 
user at example.com from XX.XX.XX.XX. AUTHENTICATE PLAIN:  in /usr/share/
roundcubemail/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 196 (POST /
roundcubemail/XTjBqn6JcMCZoim7/?_task=mail&_action=refresh)



This is the second time that this incident has happened, the first one being about a 
year ago

Both times the problem was resolved after 5-6 reboots of the server but this solutions 
seems not so convinient.

Does anyone had the same problem or can help me to find the causes of it.
