Problem with postfix

Hi all,

i set up my new kolab server and for the first look everything looks 
fine. But if i try to sent internal an email, nothing ist happen. The 
mail appears in the sent-folder but not in the inbox. in the maillog i 
found this for serveral mails

Apr  5 22:31:15 kolab postfix/error[6815]: 05DF93149A6F: 
to=<name at domain.tld>, relay=none, delay=594, delays=290/303/0/0.02, 
dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: conversation 
with 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] timed out while receiving the initial server 
greeting)

and i got this error

Apr  5 22:49:00 kolab postfix/smtpd[4048]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from 
localhost[127.0.0.1]: 451 4.3.0 <name at domain.tld>: Temporary lookup 
failure; from=<anem at domain.tld> to=<name at domain.tld> proto=SMTP


At the moment i have no idea, what the problem is..... Could anybody 
help me with and point me to the problem?
