Not seeing the problem on the desktop, tested with Chrome, Ff and
Palemoon and they all display the Contacts page properly, with all the
existing groups.

Nothing out of ordinary, no 404s or 50x, only 200. Seems like a
rendering issue on the mobile devices which is very easy to reproduce at
my end.
