New installation roundcube login fails

Hello,

I'm looking for some help.  I followed the howto guide on installing kolab on Centos7 - https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-install-kolab-groupware-on-centos-7/

Everything went fine and I ended up with a running system, but I cannot login to the roundcube interface using 'cn=Directory Manager' with any of the passwords specified during installation.  Did I miss a step or is the guide missing a step?
