Status of GUAM and TLS>1.1 ?

Hi Matthias,

this might be a limitation of the Erlang SSL library shipped with your 
distribution. If I remember correctly, I had a similar problem with Guam on 
Debian Jessie that went away after I upgraded to Stretch.
