Help with shared Folders

I have a more or less vanilla Kolab setup running under CentOS 7.

I created some shared folders with an e-mail adress, in order to make
them receive mail I issued the following command in my shell:

kolab sam shared/folderadress at example.com anyone p

My probem is, this doesn't seem to stick, and I am at a loss when or
why that might happen...

Every once in a while I get a
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender mail back saying:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-You do not have permission to post a message to

>     mailbox. 550-Please contact the owner of this mailbox in order to

>     550-your message, or postmaster if you believe you 550-received this
>     message in error. 550 5.7.1 Permission denied


Does this setting doesn't survive a reboot? Where can I search to remedy
this? I am afraid of missing
on important mails.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
