3.1-3.3 repos ghosted

My first thought is to backup, and then restore to another machine
with Kolab 3.4 or Kolab 16.

I would ignore the roundcube settings and start with a fresh mysql database.
You need to read the cyrus release notes and see if you need to
upgrade the Cyrus databases.

Just try it with a test server.

Question is if Kolab 16 is already stable enough for you, or if you
want to wait for Kolab 16.1
