Upgrade 3.4 to 14 on Ubuntu

[g.spellauge]

calendering in 16 seems to bes less complete than in 3.4.

3.4 was able to handle groups of resources (e.g. pool cars) by reserving 
the first available in a group when booking the group. 16 seems to lack 
this functionality.
