If you are thinking in terms of donating money, I guess the easiest
would be to register an account with KolabNow
(https://kolabnow.com/cockpit/signup/) to support Kolab Systems since
they are the main sponsor of the project.

I just see in the history of this mailing list, that you are an Ubuntu user.
You could find and pay a developer to fix things with Swig supporting
PHP7, so that Kolab can be used on Ubuntu 16.04:
