Kolab 3.4 on debian 8: multidomain problem -> cannot add users

I'm still on Kolab 3.0 (working out how to upgrade to 3.4 at the moment).

But what you're seeing feels familiar, a new domain also needs to be
manually added to /etc/kolab/kolab.conf
