setup-kolab on centos 7.2 doesn't check for FQDN in /etc/hostname

I made a mistake in my description of the problem earlier. It's not
really a bug. Just a change which could cause problems.

CentOS 7.1:

Only hostname in /etc/hostname

-> setup-kolab doesn't start and says you need to configure the FQDN

Full FQDN in /etc/hostname

-> everything fine

CentOS 7.2:

Only hostname in /etc/hostname

-> setup-kolab starts and runs, but there are error messages about the
FQDN not being set up properly

Full FQDN in /etc/hostname

-> setup-kolab runs fine, but see my other mail first
