At the moment, the latest release of Kolab for Ubuntu LTS 14.04 is
Kolab Winterfell.

But it is bleeding edge, and should only be used if you are able to
fix things yourself, and the data is not such important.

For a stable release, there are no packages yet for Kolab 16.
As it has been mentioned on this list already, please sign up for the
bug for the OS of your choice, in your case:

I think the current idea is that first the packages should be
stabilized for your distribution in Winterfell, and then Jeroen would
enable the builds in Kolab 16 for your distribution as well.
This needs people helping with the packaging, and with testing Winterfell.
