Kolab on Arm

FYI

I'm using a Kolab Winterfell snapshot from 2016-08-11 on my little arm board right now. With my own patchset (micX local versions) for arm compatibility and additional bugfixing. 

Binaries and sources are available at [1] as usual. Compiled for Debian armv7hf, running on a Wandboard / Freescale MX.6 here. It should be compatible with Raspberry Pi 2 and 3 (not RPi 1).
