Help with manticore issue

Greetings!

For a new Kolab 16 installation on CentOS 7, I ran setup-kolab.
(The host where I'm doing the installation is kolab.mydomain.com.)

Setup-kolab installed and initialized manticore, but the resulting
/etc/manticore/local.env.js looks malformed; it contains:

DOMAIN:   'http://kolab.mydomain.com.mydomain.com:8080',

I thought I'd file a bug at issues.kolab.org, but I see there are no
manticore bugs there, and couldn't find a category that seemed right.

Two questions:

* Is it supposed to be this? (sorry if that's a dumb question)
DOMAIN:   'http://kolab.mydomain.com:8080',

* Should I file a bug?  If so what under what category?
