kolab_smtp_access_policy frequently crashes

While looking through the logs of my kolab 3.4 installation on a Centos 7 machine, I frequently 
find these lines in the system journal:

python[24981]: detected unhandled Python exception in 
'/usr/libexec/postfix/kolab_smtp_access_policy' abrt-server[24989]: *Package 'postfix-kolab' 
isn't signed with proper key* 
*'post-create' on '/var/tmp/abrt/Python-2015-09-23-10:12:24-24981' exited with 1* 
*Deleting problem directory '/var/tmp/abrt/Python-2015-09-23-10:12:24-24981'* 
*warning: command /usr/libexec/postfix/kolab_smtp_access_policy exit status 1*

I'm trying to figure out why this program is crashing repeatedly. I'm having a hard time 
gathering clues though.

In pykolab.conf, I find the following log entries for python process 24981:
