Migrating from EX to Kolab

I have used imapsync recently importing accounts to Kolab 3.4. Only for
a few mailboxes though. Had some issues with IMAP folder names that
included non-ASCII characters. Also naturally you must know/set
passwords in both source and destination accounts.

When I tried moving email from one outlook data file to the other it gave me "the provider does not support this operation" error message. Is this normal? I am looking for the easiest way to migrate someone from outlook to the roundcube interface and moving exchange mailbox to kolab active sync isn't working that well..
