Good day,

thank you for your reply. Indeed, I can confirm that disabling the
plugins the messages are loaded much faster. I have folders with about
10000 mails loading almost intantly. Since disabling all plugins on my
kolab installation is a no go I have to wait till someone fixes this
behaviour.

Also changing the cache from db to memcache boosted the performance a
lil bit. I´ ll stick with the plugins enabled and cache set to memcache.
Thank you for the hint.

By the way, I´m also using a imap proxy
