LDAP Lookup For SNOM IP Phones

Hi 

We have ldap set up on our old server, however moving it over to the new
kolab system i need some advice. 

We have a shared address book for the system which we wish our SNOM IP
phones to use as a lookup for their directory. 

The phones have these fields: 

LDAP NAME FILTER    (&(telephoneNumber=*)(sn=%))
LDAP NUMBER FILTER    (&(telephoneNumber=%)(sn=*))
SERVER ADDRESS    SERVER ADDRESS
PORT    389
BASE    ou=dmsldap,dc=localhost
USERNAME    cn=dmsglobal,ou=dmsldap,dc=localhost
PASSWORD    XXXX
MAX HITS    50
LDAP NAME ATTRIBUTES    cn sn displayName
LDAP NUMBER ATTRIBUTES    mobile telephoneNumber
LDAP DISPLAY NAME    %cn
COUNTRY CODE    blank
AREA CODE    blank
SORT RESULTS    ON
PREDICT TEXT    OFF
INITIAL QUERY    ON

I have attached the previous queries that they use to lookup the old
ldap, howver please can someone advise what i need to use to make it
sync with our shared contacts on Kolab 3.4
