Kolab Hanging after 24 hours and 389 directory server not starting

It doesnt seem to want to unmask 

systemctl list-unit-files gives the following 
dirsrv-snmp.service                    enabled
dirsrv.service                         masked
dirsrv at .service                        enabled 

Im still getting this for the status 

root at mail:~# service dirsrv status
● dirsrv.service
   Loaded: masked (/dev/null)
   Active: inactive (dead)
root at mail:~# 

Also, 
root at mail:~# service dirsrv restart
Failed to restart dirsrv.service: Unit dirsrv.service is masked. 

any ideas?
