secure urls and nginx

[Dugite-Code]

I am using kolab on Debian with nginx instead of apache (my config is
more-or-less like this one: https://gist.github.com/Alvarus/5245005) 

How do you use secure url's in nginx? I assume a rewrite is required but
I have been unable to find a guide for roundcube on nginx (apache guide
here http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Config/Secure_URLs) so I have
been running with it disabled.
