Max attachment size

Guys,
I edited php.ini in /etc/php.ini and now postfix. All I want to do is
upload an attachment larger than 2MB. I believe there is a htaccess or
php.ini file somewhere that this needs changed in thats overriding the
global php.ini. I don't know where it's at on kolab type of install though.
I changed the normal locations I would for my other roundcube based
installs.
I checked usr/share/roundcubemail and there is no php or htaccess file.
I am on centos 6.6 FYI
