Error adding/propagating second and other users

Hi all,

I am trying for ~6-7 hours to make kolab.org work but I seem to fail
somewhere.

I have installed latest Kolab (as per instructions) on a plain and clean
Ubuntu 14.04.

I have added a user for the default domain, then applied the multi-domain
set of patches then added second domain, four new users for the second
domain and one new user to the original domain.

Only the first user for the original domain can login, others cannot. When
listed with "kolab lm", I see that only that first user has everything
created while others are listed with a single line: "user/email_adress".

If I try to login to Roundcube with any of the new accounts, the page is
just reloaded with authentication failure, while /var/log/roundcube/errors
shows:

I'm attaching results of "*kolab -d 9 sync 2>&1*".
