strange problem connecting Outlook 2013 and Kolab 3.4 (ActiveSync)

Hi,
i tested outlook 2013 with activesync and was complete disappointed.
The only options was to get the bynari insight connector (outlook
connector with kolab 3.3 support) , which works but with some bugs,
which i have to report.
If anyone interested, i will post the outcome.
