apache2 error.log full of: KSystemTimeZonesPrivate::readConfig readZoneTAB and readConfig - iRony at fault?!

sorry, its not iRony...
I have no idea what it is, if I disable everything it disappears, if I
put one back it comes back. seems not to matter which one
google is quite unhelpfull too
