Try this:
/usr/share/roundcubemail/bin/updatedb.sh \
--dir /usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/libkolab/SQL \
--package libkolab
This was on Centos 6 system.
SQL tables needed updating. My calendar items then re-appeared.
