Upload via dav 0kb size

Okay I could reproduce it.

Upload via Webbrowser, Chwala, Roundcube, File browser (Nemo) worked 
right out of the box.
Upload with davfs2 doesn't work (0 byte)

But I've to admit that the file that reached the storage (imap) is 0 
byte as well ...
In fact it "could" be a problem of davfs in combination with irony as 
well.

adding the missing lock table didn't helped not sure where the error 
really happens
