Well, dovecot autocreate folders (mailboxes) when needed.
I don't know about cyrus but I think you can configure that.
I don't see reasons for  kolabd not to work. The ACL part is a little bit 
different as i know ( i didn't try to implement it yet)  but I think you don't 
really need this part.
