I have installed ubuntu server used english localization and language but it seems not enough.
I have to set the localization of desktop os to United Kingdom in Controll Panel then it works well.

Looks like broken localization. I don't see Hungarian localization in git, so you probably did it by yourself. Note you can't mix characters sets nor put empty strings there.
