Kolab 3.4 tag explosion

Hello,
Thanks a bunch for the fix on the tag explosion issue.
I do have a question after having looked at the fix here ->

1. On both of my kolab installations I have found that neither have a
kolab_storage_config.php file under the plugins/libkolab/tests/
directory. The edits at the above link suggest an existing file with
this name was edited with the shown changes. Is this a file I 'should'
have in the tests directory? Currently the only files in the tests
directory in either installation is kolab_storage_folder.php and a
README.md file.
