language support of Kolab

Hi everybody;

I set up to examine the application.It has language support in the user 
interface side. You create tag files and messages of support for 
Turkish. Turkish support in the language, but there are some 
configuration settings in the alias (abbreviation as tr =>TR) forgotten 
or have not been added. Although there is no problem with the issue of 
Turkish selected as the default language when there are problems with 
Turkish characters in the message field. When I send a message to the 
number of characters is reduced deteriorating html format. Are there 
situations in which you advised me to do about it? I look forward to
