Backup before double Upgrade Debian 7.0 to 8.1 and Kolab 3.3 to 3.4

I did a test upgrade with a cloned VM first.  I started with a debian
upgrade according to the debian guide:
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/release-notes/ch-upgrading

At first I just changed the apt sources for kolab to the new debian
release, but the same kolab release.

After that I followed the steps in
https://docs.kolab.org/upgrade-guide/kolab-3.4.html
