FIles not working

OK. For anyone interested, what I had to do here was enable SSL in httpd
on the kolab box and reverse proxy to the https address. This is because
my reverse proxy is running SSL and the mixed https/http in the chwala
pages meant all the javascript wasn't being loaded. Simple as that.
Obviously I had to copy my SSL certificates to the kolab box instead of
using the SnakeOild self-signed ones to avoid certificate error messages
too.
