Hello Andy,
Try also to add $config['file_api_url'] =
'http://localhost/chwala/api/'; to your
/etc/roundcubemail/config.inc.php
I also reported https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3573.
You can try the patch attached to the bug.
I cannot remember though if these things fixed it for my test system,
but it might give starting points for a solution.
