upgrade kolab-3

I am putting the final touches (I think)  on the Mageia cauldron. After using kolab-webadmin-3.2.4 I 
see the following errors in the logs:

I am not sure if this is a kolab bug or a php-pear-Net_LDAP2 bug.
Btw, this pear program (php-pear-Net_LDAP2) is reported as un-maintained by upstream.
